What if it doesn’t work for me?

Returns & Refunds

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, used, or removed from their original sealed packaging.

What if my product doesn't work?

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives faulty or stops working within the manufacturer's warranty period, please contact us within 7 days of discovering the fault.

To assist with your claim, we may ask for:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos showing the fault
  • A brief description of the issue

If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will arrange a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund in accordance with South African consumer protection laws.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
