Shipping Fees

  • Orders below R1,000: R120 nationwide shipping.
  • Orders of R1,000 or more: Free shipping.

Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Slip n Slide uses reputable courier partners, including Aramex.

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging with no indication of the contents.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or unsealed.

Returns may only be accepted where:
